                     Program Requirements

The courses that credit these programs will give the student a well-rounded understanding of holistic healing, the physical and subtle body systems, the mind-body connection, and fully prepare them to succeed professionally as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner or Certified Clinical Aromatherapist in the fields of Holistic Healing, Alternative, Integrative, Complementary, and Natural Medicine. The individual courses can be practiced solely or incorporated into other healing professions, such as Massage Therapy, Esthetology, Chiropractic Medicine, Homeopathy, Yoga, and other wellness careers.

Entrance Requirements -
Students of the Holistic Health Practitioner Program or the Clinical Aromatherapist Program must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or the equivalent. There are no other prerequisites or entrance exams required.

Program Format -
Our courses are all taught through distance learning/correspondence. However, some courses are taught one-on-one and in workshop format in North Carolina. We use a workbook in each course, which includes progress tests, exercises, other assignments, exams and/or case studies. Courses also include at least one textbook and usually supporting resources such as audio and video learning CDs and DVDs. All required materials are included in the course fee. Each course comes with its own certificate stating the student's certification in each healing modality completed.

Program Duration -
Each course is entirely dependent on the student and the amount of time they dedicate to their studies. Some courses take longer to complete than others based on the content, amount of case study internship required, and level of difficulty. With complete dedication, the CAC program can be completed anywhere from 3 to 9 months and the HHP program can be completed anywhere from 6 months to a year. Again, it's entirely up to the student. There are no time limits on any course.

Memberships Available -
Once a student graduates from the HHP Program, they are awarded a certificate of completion as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and can apply to become a member and board registered through many professional agencies, such as The International Natural Healers Association, The American Association of Drugless Practitioners, American Alternative Medical Association (for medical professionals), The International Association of Reiki Professionals, The National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, The Reflexology Association of America, and many more.

Tuition-
Tuition for the Holistic Health Practitioner Program totals $1,125, but can be less if the student is already a Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Master, or qualify for exemptions. Courses are taken individually and range in price from $50 to $400 ($350 if the Reiki I/II and Master courses are taken together with the intent on completing the program). Tuition for the Clinical Aromatherapy Program and the Clinical Reflexology Program are both $375.

Exemptions - Exemptions will be considered on an individual basis. If you have completed similar courses from another school or have been previously certified in any of the courses that are required for our programs, then send us an email to:
cambrielcenter@gmail.com to see if they can be applied to our programs.
